Trilim Youngster

A  delicate  and  pretty  bloom  but  not  much  colour.   An  older  trillium  has  much  more  colour  as  it  darkens  with  age.

Wagon Relic

This  old  wagon  will  probably  be  there  the  next  time  you  visit  Deep Bay, Vancouver  Island.  All  four  wheels  are  anchored  down  by  chains.

Trillium mature

Trillium  colour  gets  deeper  as  they  age.   This  older  lady  still  looks  like  a  sweetie.

Tree Lotto

Odd  place  to  start  a  tree,  yet  when  the  mossy  branch  snaps,  great  things  may  grow  from  the  mud  below.

Bloom One

Not  sure  what  this  is,  thus  the  safe  Bloom  One.  Found  near  Dove  Creek  behind  the  fair  grounds  in  the  same  area  as  Trilliums.

Deer in Spring

Coats  are  changing  in  March  and  April.  Interesting  to  compare  these  two  juniors  in  Comox.

Female What?

Very  much  grey  and  not  brownish  at  all.   So  a  female  what  then?  Grackle,  blackbird,..?

Living it Up

Purple  blooms  living  it  up  in  the  springtime  rain  forest  while  I  get  soaked.  TG

Happy Blooms

These  glowing  pink  blooms  were  much  happier  in  the  dripping  wet  rain-forest  than  I  was.

Here  is  a  female  with  some  brown  sheen  this  time.

RainForest Love

These  things  love  our  rain  forest.   It  can  be  a  bit  much  for  me  though,  at  times.  Wet, wet, wet.

Glacier Power

Our  Comox  Glacier  is  a  beauty,  but  so  difficult  to  photograph well.  [for me  anyway].  My  glacier  images  were  usually  bland.  Learning  how  to  make  our  landmark  a  little  more  chunky  and  meaty. Still  learning  how  to  add  a  little  drama  to  soft  whites  and  blues.  TG
