Dragon Blue

Chalk  blue  and  brown  wings  a  not  common  at  all  around  here.  Wonder  if  these  guys  are  less   often  seen?   They  look  great  in  flight.   Two  dark  bands  supporting  the  light  blue  body  when  wings  are  buzzing.
