Spotted Sandpiper ?

My good luck.  Arrived  early.  Looked  over  a  steep  concrete  shore  wall  and  suddenly  I  had  a  ' bird's  eye '  view.  My  good  shot  for  the  day  ...early  am.  Odd,...greenish  legs  and  a  winter  breast  in  July?
