Tough Guys?

These  are  not  your  ordinary  playful  chocolate  smiley  otter.  They  seem  to  be  a  heavy  duty  version  of  otter.  I  closed  in  to  these  while  they  were  eating  a  fish  on  the  rocks  at  Kin  Beach  in  Comox.
